This Item Requires Delivery:
Due to the size and weight of our 1.5m tall light up letters and numbers, they are strictly required to be delivered and installed, packed down and removed by our trained staff to avoid accidental damage. After adding this item to your hire cart, please add the correct delivery service fee to your order via the Delivery Service tab in the main menu or via the link below. Only one delivery service fee is required per order for all the items in your hire cart. The delivery service fee includes delivery and after-hire collection during business hours Monday to Friday.

Bulb Types:
Our light up letters and numbers are customisable to suit your theme, branding or function.
Colour Controllable LED: For the ability to change the brightness, effect and colour of your light up letters via remote control, select the “Colour Controllable LED” bulb option. This bulb provides a huge range of colours including warm white and cool white, selectable via the supplied remote.
Clear Warm White Vintage: For a more rustic look, select the “Clear Warm White Vintage” bulb. This is a traditional incandescent glass bulb that is dimmable which matches the bulbs used in our incandescent festoon lighting. Please note that these bulbs get hot when in use and may not be safe around children or for certain events where the numbers are not supervised.

Credit Card: If you are placing your booking online, full payment will be required at the checkout via credit card. Once the order is submitted, a transaction receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Once our team reviews your order, you will be sent a booking confirmation.
Invoice and Deposit: If you do not wish to pay in full now, please submit an online quote request with the items and quantities required and we will email you with an invoice requiring a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve the equipment for your booking date. The remaining amount will be due in full 7 days prior to the start of hire.

Once your order is submitted, one of our friendly event lighting specialists will review your order making sure that we have all the necessary details before sending you an email to confirm that the booking has been made.
Out of Stock: In the extremely rare event that the equipment you book is not available for your requested date, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.
If you need to make alterations to the details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the required updates are made.
