What’s Included:
This package provides a “shooting star” festoon canopy. Put simply, straight lines of festoon, from one central attachment point, spanning out to poles on the opposite end of each strand to form a shooting star or semi-circle pattern.

For every 20m strand of festoon added, 1 festoon pole and ground stake kit is included for installation on grass surfaces, to hold up the end of the festoon strand that has been added. The central point where all the festoon spans from must be pre-existing and stand taller than 3.2m.

Important Note:
The central attachment point must be pre-existing and atleast 3.2m in height, a solid structure with no movement which provides the ability to strap or chain around, in order to provide a strong attachment point to hold the weight and tension caused by multiple festoon strands. If you do not have a pre-existing point, please contact us to discuss alternative options before confirming the order.

Delivery Distance:
If you’re unsure about the delivery distance, click here to open Google Maps. With “Burpengary" already entered as the starting location, simply enter your delivery address as the end location and Google will provide the approximate travel time from us, to you. Once known, it’s as easy as selecting the most relevant time limit from the delivery distance options below.

The hire rate listed is for a single day event, allowing for delivery and set up on the day of the event, and pick up/pack up when the event is finished. Where possible, depending on availability and accessability to the venue, we aim to deliver and install the day prior to the event date and collection the day after the event, during business hours. Our team is flexible to ensure that we are able to deliver/set up and pick up/pack up in a manner that works around your specific event requirements. Once your booking is received, our team will contact you to confirm specific delivery dates and times.

The prices for our packages include delivery up to the delivery time limits specified under “Delivery Distance”. If you are unsure of how far your delivery location is from our warehouse, enter “Burpengary” as the starting location in your preferred Navigation app to work out the approximate time limit from us to your event venue. Alternatively, click here for Google Maps, enter your event address and take note of the travel time. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us to confirm the correct option before placing your order.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: If you are placing your booking online, full payment will be required at the check out via credit card. Once the order is submitted, a transaction receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Once our team reviews your order, you will also be sent a detailed booking invoice, listing the products and services that you have paid for, for your records.

Invoice/Deposit: If you do not wish to pay in full upfront, please submit an online quote request with the items and quantities required and we will email you with an invoice requiring a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve the equipment for your booking date. The remaining amount will be due in full 7 days prior to the date of hire.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is submitted, one of our friendly event lighting specialists will review your order, making sure that we have all the necessary details before sending you an email to confirm that the booking has been made, reserving the equipment for the requested date. In the extremely rare event that the equipment you book is not available for your requested date, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.
