Our 48cm wide boxwood balls are a fantastic feature to compliment earthy, nature inspired settings and styling. The boxwood ball is installed with warm white fairy lights that appear from inside the ball, randomly scattered around the surface, providing a lighting feature amongst the greenery.

Each ball is fitted with a 5m long hanging chain to hang at a heigh that is suitable to your needs. Each ball is fitted with a battery pack for a more portable lighting option and a 5m power lead in instances where long term power is needed or where the ball is hung from a high ceiling.

Duration of Hire:

The hire rate listed is for a single day event, allowing for pick up or delivery the day on the day of, or the day prior to the event, and return the day after the event date. For a weekend event, pick up is available on a Friday with return on Monday. If extended hire periods or alternative pick up or delivery times are required, please contact us.

Delivery Options:

If you require your equipment to be delivered prior to your event and collected once your hire is finished, be sure to add the applicable delivery option to your order via this link: “Add Delivery”. You only need to add this service to your cart one time, which will provide delivery for all the items in your order. If you would prefer to collect from our warehouse, please select this option during check out.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: If you are placing your booking online, full payment will be required at the check out via credit card. Once the order is submitted, a transaction receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Once our team reviews your order, you will also be sent a detailed booking invoice, listing the products and services that you have paid for, for your records.

Invoice/Deposit: If you do not wish to pay in full upfront, please submit an online quote request with the items and quantities required and we will email you with an invoice requiring a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve the equipment for your booking date. The remaining amount will be due in full 7 days prior to the date of hire.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is submitted, one of our friendly event lighting specialists will review your order, making sure that we have all the necessary details before sending you an email to confirm that the booking has been made, reserving the equipment for the requested date.

Out of Stock: In the extremely rare event that the equipment you book is not available for your requested date, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.
